The guarantee of the products offered by Oxum Sport through its website https://www.oxum.es entails that:
a) The Product will be delivered in perfect condition and in the quantity requested.
b) The Product will conform to the characteristics most recently indicated by the manufacturer, as established on the Website or in the description of the Product materials at the time of placing the order.
Oxum Sport S.L. does everything in its power to deliver the Products in an optimal condition. However, if you receive a Product that you consider defective, you must keep it in its current condition so that we (or our agent) can check it within a reasonable period of time. In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. This clause will be applied taking into account the nature of the good sold.

In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the files owned by Oxum Sport S.L..
The guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.
If, according to what is established by the Contract, you want us to repair or replace the Product or refund the amount paid, you must ensure that the Product:
a) Has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been handled inappropriately or imprudently and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions. In this regard, the following will not be considered manufacturing defects but rather incorrect use and/or wear and tear caused by normal use:
A.1 ) Any personalised product washed with corrosive chemicals.
A.2) Any personalised product washed without following the manufacturer's instructions. Example: Wash at more than 30ºC.
A.3) Any product that has not been properly maintained. More information in our material guide section.
A.4) Any damage caused by a poor choice of size. Example: training shirt with unstitched seams.
b) It has not been involved in any accident or has been damaged when trying to repair or modify it. In this regard, the following will not be considered manufacturing defects but rather incorrect use and/or wear and tear caused by normal use:
B.1 ) Any damage caused as a fortuitous consequence of the game. Example: abrasions on the surface of shin guards due to a blow during a game move.
c) It has not been used in a manner contrary to that established by the manufacturer in the Product instructions. In this regard, manufacturing defects will not be considered, but rather incorrect use and/or wear and tear caused by normal use.
d) It has not been damaged by natural wear and tear after receipt. More information in our material guide section.
e) It has a defect that affects the safety normally offered by other items in the same series. In this regard, aesthetic defects will not be considered manufacturing defects and, if applicable, the right of withdrawal must be used.
In the event that the Product does not meet any of the aforementioned requirements, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the Product or refund the amount paid and/or we may ask you to reimburse the full cost of transport and inspection incurred according to current standard rates. To carry out said reimbursement, we may charge the aforementioned costs to your credit or debit card account or use the payment details provided when placing the Order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages or expenses that may arise from the process.
