Right of Withdrawal
In any case, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on:
a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
b) The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
d) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (underwear).
e) The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
f) The supply of goods that after delivery have been manipulated exceeding what is considered a logical use to verify their normal use.
Can I change the size of a product?
Yes, in addition, the cost of sending the new size is free (*) and will be sent once we receive the item at our offices. However, the cost of sending the item to be exchanged will be borne by the buyer and subject to compliance with the conditions described above, as well as those listed in our Guarantees section).
Changes and returns of personalized and/or used products are not accepted unless a manufacturing defect is evident in the product or in the customization.
(*) Valid for mainland Spain.
How can I change the size or return a product?
If you intend to make a size change or a return, you must follow these steps:

Click on "View my profile"
In the MY ORDERS section in the left-hand menu within your user account, click on the change or return button for the corresponding order. Once you have clicked on it, you will see the order information.
Click on the returns and exchanges link and follow the steps to process it.
Remember that only the first size change for each order is free. If you need a second change, the costs of this will be at your expense.
If you want to exchange the product, then you must proceed to return it and make a new purchase with the new product.
Can I exchange or return a personalized product?
Once your product has been personalized, you will no longer be able to exchange or return it, unless the product has a manufacturing and/or customization defect. In this case, you must follow the steps indicated in the following point.
Before choosing the customization option, we advise you to make sure that the size you choose is correct.
I have received a defective product, how can I exchange it?
Before requesting an exchange due to a manufacturing defect, we advise you to consult our Guarantees section.
To proceed with the exchange of a defective product, you must follow these steps:

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED CLOTHING
A personalized product will be considered to be one that bears the club crest, name, number, and/or initials.
Can I change/return the size of a personalized product?
No.
Can I change/return the size of a non-personalized product?
Yes. As long as the product has the original label and packaging, and is suitable for new sale, just like any other order.
The exchange/return will always be made from the user account from which the customer made the purchase.
Exchanges/returns are not permitted in physical stores.
How do I receive the money for my return?
When we receive the return package, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 10 days.
